Step 2: Prepare Soup Base:

Add anchovy and kelp in 8 cups water over medium heat for about thirty minutes until boiling.
Remove all residue of recipe which include kelp sheet ,drain broth through a seive and retain liquid aside.

Step 3: Chopping :
